Macy's ruined Christmas, I ordered this item and they shipped the watch in a wrong packaging for a different Victorinox watch. Went to a physical store and they told me to ship it back myself. It has been a month and still no refund. Called them numerous times and they keep telling me to call back in certain days. Victorinox should stop dealing with Macy's.
