After looking for years for a non stick frying pan that totally eliminates the risk of harmful PFAS substances, and doesn't require silicone utensils, I was thrilled to discover Vikings Pure Glide Pro line. I couldn't be more pleased. Eggs don't stick, bacon doesn't leave a hard to wash residue...nothing I have tried has left any residue that soap and water wont easily clean. I was so pleased that I ordered 2 additional pan sets for my adult children.

great non-stick pan
I received the Viking frying pan as a Christmas gift and I love it. I was happy to replace my Tramontina pan which had become scratched and worn and therefore was no longer safe to use, The 10 inch Viking pan is easy to cook with and easy to clean.

New favorite pan
This pan is such high quality. I have to use very little oil and it heats very evenly. My new favorite pan, I may have to get more in other sizes. One of the few expensive pans worth the price.

Wonderful Pan!
I bought the Viking PureGlide Pro 3-ply Fry Pan last month and in the short time I have had it, it has transformed my daily cooking. Simply follow the easy instructions to heat the pan before adding any fat and to melt the fat before adding food to be cooked. Most importantly, do not cook above the Medium temperature range as it is not necessary and it will harm your pan and burn your food. Cooking at Medium or lower absolutely works given the excellent heat conduction of this pan. Nothing sticks and everything cooks perfectly. I highly recommend the Viking PureGlide line of cookware.

PureGlide Pro Cookware FTW!
I bought the small version of this pan specifically to cook eggs in, and WOW! I'm so glad I got it. Cooking eggs is now non stick and hassle free thanks to the coating on this pan. I've always been a huge fan of Viking products, as I associate the brand with high quality workmanship. This pan is small but mighty - I have plans to also buy the larger size.

The best nonstick pan!
I absolutely love the Viking PureGlide Pro fry pan. It’s the best nonstick pan I’ve ever used in my life. After I cooked eggs they just slid right out. I couldn’t believe I was even able to make crepes with this pan! It seems to be made well but I still told my household not to touch it because I love it so much!

Great Performance from a Non Stick Pan
This Viking PureGlide Fry Pan is such a great addition to my collection. It has a very even cooking surface, gets hot enough on even medium heat to provide a great sear, and is lightweight enough to handle easily while cooking. The flat surface area isn’t as big as some pans a similar size, however this means the pan is slightly deeper and works better for certain meals. My favorite thing about this pan is how non stick it has proven to be (and remain so.) things come off the pan so cleanly and don’t stick, and cleanup is a breeze. I’m very pleased with the performance of this pan and will be looking at this line to add to my collection!
