This pan is such high quality. I have to use very little oil and it heats very evenly. My new favorite pan, I may have to get more in other sizes. One of the few expensive pans worth the price.

I bought the Viking PureGlide Pro 3-ply Fry Pan last month and in the short time I have had it, it has transformed my daily cooking. Simply follow the easy instructions to heat the pan before adding any fat and to melt the fat before adding food to be cooked. Most importantly, do not cook above the Medium temperature range as it is not necessary and it will harm your pan and burn your food. Cooking at Medium or lower absolutely works given the excellent heat conduction of this pan. Nothing sticks and everything cooks perfectly. I highly recommend the Viking PureGlide line of cookware.

I bought the small version of this pan specifically to cook eggs in, and WOW! I'm so glad I got it. Cooking eggs is now non stick and hassle free thanks to the coating on this pan. I've always been a huge fan of Viking products, as I associate the brand with high quality workmanship. This pan is small but mighty - I have plans to also buy the larger size.

I absolutely love the Viking PureGlide Pro fry pan. It’s the best nonstick pan I’ve ever used in my life. After I cooked eggs they just slid right out. I couldn’t believe I was even able to make crepes with this pan! It seems to be made well but I still told my household not to touch it because I love it so much!

This Viking PureGlide Fry Pan is such a great addition to my collection. It has a very even cooking surface, gets hot enough on even medium heat to provide a great sear, and is lightweight enough to handle easily while cooking. The flat surface area isn’t as big as some pans a similar size, however this means the pan is slightly deeper and works better for certain meals. My favorite thing about this pan is how non stick it has proven to be (and remain so.) things come off the pan so cleanly and don’t stick, and cleanup is a breeze. I’m very pleased with the performance of this pan and will be looking at this line to add to my collection!

This was my first time trying a Viking product, and so far, I am very impressed. My new Viking PureGlide Pro 3-ply 10-inch fry pan is a perfect addition to my cookware collection. This pan can be used on various surfaces, including an induction stove. In the past, I had trouble finding good cookware for my induction cooktop, as most would leave food stuck to the bottom while cooking. However, this is not the case with the Viking PureGlide. The heat is evenly distributed, and I experienced no sticking issues at all. It cooks food beautifully and is very easy to clean. I also appreciate the length of the handle; it doesn’t warm up and provides a good grip. The pan is not too heavy and looks stunning in my kitchen. I am excited to explore more of Viking’s kitchen products.

This Viking PureGlide Pro Fry Pan is such a game changer for everyday cooking. The titanium nonstick surface heats evenly and releases food effortlessly no sticking at all. It’s sturdy, chemical free, and feels super premium. Perfect for searing, sautéing, or frying eggs in minutes. Easy to clean and honestly one of the best pans I’ve used.

great non-stick pan
I received the Viking frying pan as a Christmas gift and I love it. I was happy to replace my Tramontina pan which had become scratched and worn and therefore was no longer safe to use, The 10 inch Viking pan is easy to cook with and easy to clean.
