Stunning non-stick pan. I knew getting a Viking would be a jump in quality but they really knocked it out of the park. You can feel immediately by touching the nonstick surface that it just feels much stronger that a traditional nonstick. It’s almost like it has an extremely fine sandy texture, and I suspect that’s what makes it a bit more durable but that’s just me speculating. Its nonstick qualities are there despite how the surface feels. I’ve cooked up the classic culprits like eggs without issue. I can get a nice sear when cooking meats such as a ribeye. Visually, the pan is beautiful but that of course is subjective. Surface is gray and the underside is a nice polished chrome finish. This is a 10/10.

True to its word
I knew when I got this pan in the mail that I needed to test it with a truly sticky recipe to put it through its paces. I’ve had other “nonstick” pans in the past that only did so-so, but the Viking pan not only cooked my sesame chicken well, but the cleanup was a breeze. It looks brand-new and I love that it’s a non-toxic, safe cooking choice for my family.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING- a million out of ten!
If I could give this a million stars out of 5 I would! This is the exact perfect pan I’ve been on the hunt for YEARS now! Starting off with how it’s non toxic and still non stick is chefs kiss. The weight of this pan is perfect along with a nice sturdy handle. The heat distributes so evenly and perfect, it gets hot quick. I’m literally obsessed with using this for searing steaks and any sort of meat. SAUTÉING with this is SUCH a game changer, you only gotta use medium heat with this pan yet it makes all the food a beautiful golden color packed with more beautiful flavors! Absolutely a must have that I will also be gifting all of my family. You can also use any utensils with this cause it doesn’t scratch and the clean up is a breeze. This truly makes life so much easier when I have an electric stove🫶🏻

Non stick dream
This Viking pan has a titanium non stick and from what I've been able to find is pretty non toxic, not as good as ceramic but pretty good. The non stick surface works like a dream, eggs don't stick at all, the heat distribution is great and the look of the pan is seamless.

Very nice nonstick cookware
I love my new pan. I use this pan alot. The size is perfect. I like that the handle doesn't get hot. The food cooks evenly and doesnt stick to the pan. It is easy to clean and a very durable pan. I will look for more of these. I love it!

Light, non-stick, and heats fast
This frying pan is great! It’s not too heavy, easy to handle, and heats up quickly. The non-stick surface works perfectly — nothing sticks at all. My mom loves it so much that she uses it to stir-fry vegetables almost every day!

Chemical-free & nonstick!
What kind of magic is this? A chemical free coating that is *truly* nonstick?? We have gotten rid of all of our traditional nonstick cookware that is laden with PFAS & other chemicals, and have been struggling to find a safe line of cookware that doesn’t stick. Finally found it!

Our new favorite pan
Absolutely solid pan. Heavy duty, easy to clean, and it's the perfect size. We haven't noticed any issues with heat distribution and while a little on the heavy side, it's in our daily rotation.
