I have been using my Villeroy and Boch Naif china for 29 years after first discovering the pattern while on a bike trip through France. It happened that we were flying out of Luxembourg at the end of the trip, and I was actually going to be married in a month. We toured the V&B Factory Outlet where I bought a few pieces of the china--and had I been a bit more spontaneous at the time, I would have bought a whole set right there! (I was only 20 years old at the time.)
My husband, daughters, family and I have loved using this china for so many years. This has been our "everyday" china. Not to mention the artfulness of these hand-painted plates, they are tremendously durable. I have washed them in the dishwasher for years, they are microwave safe and have kept their beauty--truly a quality product which has stood the test of time.
My daughters ate off of these plates as little girls, helped set the table with them, always carefully deciding who would receive the preferred Noah's Ark plate and they are part of many, many happy family memories! I highly recommend this china to anyone with an eye toward whimsy, romance and a love of the land and family traditions. Enjoy!
