Poorly Packaged Porcelain Plate, Received Broken

Extremely poor packaging of special Porcelain Plate and received broken upon receipt. (UPS delivery) Plate was not wrapped inside its own plate box nor was it wrapped well outside of its plate box! AND, it was placed on the bottom of the parcel box with just 1 flat bubble wrap on the bottom of parcel box which did not have bubbles to protect the product box!! Macy’s must improve packaging of fragile product and improve quality control! Macy’s Buyers beware.

My unique Villeroy and Boch mug

Last week l purchased a lovely Villeroy and Boch mug from "last act" clearance. I was so happy with it, that l wanted another to pair with it. I went to a different Macy's, and there were none. I went back to the first Macy's, and found this one. I would love to find the other designs in the set, but l am very happy to have the pair.
