Disappointed

I bought the tv because my last one died. I’m very disappointed with this tv. Sometimes it just shuts off for no reason. One time last week I couldn’t turn it on from either the remote or the tv itself. I haven’t done anything because I don’t want to be without a tv. I can’t always delete a show after I watch it. And lately I get a message that the show is not part of my subscription but the channel is one of the major networks that I usually watch

It’s a pretty nice TV

The picture and color are fantastic. The sound, not so much . The speakers are on the back of the unit, so it’s pretty hard to hear.
