Substandard Wicker Material Of Furniture

The quality of the material is really bad. If you try to return the item, you have to pick up the heavy box and go to UPS for drop off. If you try to contact Macys they will direct you to the third party seller which only respond via emails in weeks. I have never ever experienced such a bad customer service in my life before to get your refund for a poorly crafted item.

I favorite patio set I ordered the ones with blue cushion, they look beautiful in my outdoor living space. My husband said they were easy to assemble. I do not have a cover on them but they lasted during the rainy season.

Great set for the price Great set for the price, easy to put together too! Nice deep seating for taller people (Im 59 and husband is 62) we are very happy with this set.

Great The shipping box was badly damaged, luckily non of the furniture was. It was easy to assemble, looks great and very comfortable.Needs cup orders built in arms of chairs.
