I have several wusthof knifes

I have several wusthof knifes and enjoy using them all. Knives that cut not tearing what your cutting. And keeps sharp, when it comes to wusthof that’s all I buy for kitchen knives. The feel of the knife in your hand is comfortable, sharp blade with top quality.

Right tool/right price

It's a lightweight steak knife, and the weight of forged fells better. But, the wüsthof build quality and price reduction consideration for stamped are worth ot.

Decent knifes. Replacement for an older set.

I wish I could buy the more expensive set but these are fine. I'm used to them, these are a replacement set for some older ones that even eith the sharpener, just don't hold up. Man, but these knifes are sharp! I was cleaning them out of the apckage and nearly cut my thumb! Careful cleaning them un the corners, I pressed down and sure enough these babies are sharp!

Yay! Real steak knives!

I absolutely love using the Wusthof Santoku knives. I had one gifted to me, and after 3 years, I shipped it for a warranty replacement recently. It was deemed worthy of replacing and I was able to purchase another Santoku knife, and I also purchased a set of their steak knives. All have been used and I cannot say enough of their quality, sharpness, and ergonomic design.
