Multi-functional exercise device

The Yoga Wheel looks good and works great, I am learning new ways to add it into my physical therapy home exercises.

Great Chest Opener!

This yoga wheel is well made, sturdy, and has plenty of cushion to made this comfortable to use. Not only is this a great tool for modifying yoga poses & deepening your backbend, but it is also a great way to open up and release the muscles in your chest.

Yoga wheel versatility

Excellent experience. Because I am tight and my arthritis-ridden joints limit my yoga activity, I was eager to uncover a prop to use at home. I brought my beautifully-made wheel to my gym & my personal trainer assisted me by developing exercises I could practice at home to increase my flexibility and reach. I love it!
