Very nice, heavy duty and true to Zwilling professional quality Very heavy duty for a 6 inch Butcher knife. If had one in 8 or 10 inch I would have chosen that instead but very satisfied

the best of the best in cleavers

I have nothing negative to say, hands down best cleaver I've ever handled, smooth precision cutting, perfectly balanced, the knife does all the work, all you basically have to do is hold it, my 86-year-old father passed it down to me, if you have the coin and want a cleaver that, unless it's stolen from you, it will be passed down generations, this is the cleaver you want

Good weight and sharp

Bought it for my husband who loves cooking. I don’t think he has used it on meat joints but has done it on watermelon and he said the weight aids cutting into the melon which he thinks it’s a sign of quality of the knife

6" cleaver

Absolutely love this. Makes kitchen life so much easier. Since it is not used daily I wish it came with a sheath, since it doesn't fit in the block I purchased. I would buy it, if one was made for it.
