Leo Balance Stockpot 10", 5.8qt. is built with sustainable and healthy non-toxic, PTFE free, PFAS free non-stick CeraGreen ceramic coating, 100% recycled aluminum and stay-cool handle for no oil, no fat cooking, suitable for all types of stoves. Its non-stick coating ensures easy food release, and the soft-touch stay-cool handles are equipped with a comfortable grip. The knob of the glass lid is equipped with a spoon rest function to keep your kitchen clean while cooking. The glass lid that allows you to keep an eye on your food without having to lift the lid and comes with a drain hole so you can easily strain the pots contents if needed.     • Full disk bottom for even heat distribution. Suitable for Induction, Electric, Gas, Halogen, Vitro-ceramic and Downdraft cooktops.
    • Allow to cool before washing. Wash with warm water and mild soap. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh detergents. Use a sponge or nylon scrubbing pad to remove food residue and stains. Avoid high flame to prevent discoloration. Hand wash only.

Excellent Cookware!

The quality of this cookware is outstanding. I especially like the ceramic coating, straining lids, and spoon rests. The handles feel comfortable, and potholders are not required . The cookware is lightweight, sturdy and does not tilt or wobble on gas stove grates. I've replaced all of my Blue Diamond cookware with BergHOFF Leo Balance. I loved my Blue Diamond cookware, but I hated having to use my fingernail to clean food from around the rivets. I tried several cheaper pans without rivets, but nothing compares to this BergHOFF cookware.

Nice pan, but...

Nice pan, very smooth surface. Handle is an improvement. But I'd really like to have it with a lid! There are times when a lid is essential. I couldn't find a lid to fit it on BergHOFF's website, maybe it's there somewhere.

Love!

I am extremely happy and impressed with this cookware. We tried to go stainless steel and didn't love all the maintenance and extra oil we had to use. I just wanted a clean non stick pan and this is it! I'm currently looking at adding more pieces to our kitchen.
