bought this diamond bracelet as a gift, but the lock is not secure at all — it doesn’t close properly and keeps falling off. For the price and quality expected from Macy’s, this was really disappointing.

Poor product

Bought 2 each at 2 different Macy's. Returned all, the clasp on all 4 opens on it's own accord. Looks nice in box, but very good chance will fall off the woman's wrist 4 out of 4 with bad clasp, would not recommend this product at all.

Clasp doesn’t stay closed at all. The bracelet came flying off me twice within a few hours of wearing it.
