Worse, your system is not mindful enough to know my order has not delivered to prevent a review survey from being submitted Purchased Mar 6 with promised 3 - 6 days to deliver on all items. • Immediately after order placed, 1 item immediately went to Backorder, expected delivery March 19 • The 3 orders remain in "On The Way" status, every day after the 6 day delivery promised keeps getting missed • 1 item doesn't even update correctly. Still shows expected delivery March 13, which has long past. • I am surprised macy's remains in business. I would expect not for long

Ordered a full suit. Both in stock. They sent one item and then said matching pants on back order and will be a month late. Spent money on a suit for a reason, and not even able to use it.

I purchased this online and there were a series of problems in getting it that all relate to poor management decisions.. First was poor email about pickup. It clearly says I need to have my drivers license. It does not say anything about anything else. I get to store to pickup and am told I have to have the email that has a bar code in it.. And, by the way, the first three times I went to the store I could not find any employee anywhere around the store to handle the pick up desk. I had to go searching for a person. This was a two piece suit and the pieces came separately. Email said I could wait until both were at store. I week after I pick up the coat I get email about one day left until send it back. But have not heard about the pants. So I went in to the store to pick up coat and got the previous. Day after I picked up the coat the email about the pants finally came. So I went in again. The email explicitly says to pick up at Men's store. I get there at the Men's store and they tell me no, it is over at the Women's store (in this mall Macy's have physically separated men and women stores). So I go over and get it. So too few staff, poor email communciations I will not be using online at Macy's again.

Individually the products (coat and pants) are good. Unfortunately the coat and pants are different shades of gray. The delivery company used was a company called OnTrac. I paid extra for express however the held the products for days and continued to provide inaccurate tracking information or any level of customer service. If you are not able to find this in a store it is best to walk away and buy from another retailer
