2 piece GRAY Suit Michael Kors

The Suit is NOT 1 star "but Macy's service is 1 Star Ordered my suit at the store after trying on at the store but they didn't have my pants size. So employee said order both jacket and pants and will be delivered to my home next week. GREAT! When i got home got a text msg saying that the items will be delivered a day apart (2 separate packages). OK In the text it showed the suit but pants was not the same gray as the jacket. Jacket was GRAY and the paints Light Gray. Called 2 hrs 15 minutes 3 different numbers, Store, Online and Macy's HQ I guess and all 3 said they could not change the order being over 2 hrs old. Now I have to get the pants next week and have to take to store 20 miles away and hopefully get the right one sent to my house. The irony is no human was unable to change anything in the computer after 2 hrs from when it was entered by the store. All I want is the proper color. TERRABLE.
