Received the wrong item

Ordered the black and gold ring as a wedding band for my fiance, delivery way delayed by a week, and when the item finally arrived … it was the wrong ring. I was sent a silver ring. Going to try this again and pray that they get it right this time as our wedding is next week. Talk about extra stress not needed right now .
