so disappointed

These earrings reminded me of ones my husband gifted me years ago. I wanted them so bad. Macy's had a flash sale on them and I bought them. I wore them 2 days after I received them and one fell out. I had them secured and clasped. I only have one left Coming from Macy's, I'm very disappointed and out a pair of earrings.

I ordered these earrings and paid extra to have them delivered; never received them. They were to be a birthday present, Macys let me down
