Damaged, torn, not packed well, pillow exposed

Pillow was not in an exterior box, no plastic, the box was ripped, untaped and dirty. Our family did not feel safe using the product this dirty and in this condition. We order 3 and all 3 were damaged.

The buck stops here!

I have been struggling for a couple of years to get restful sleep. I knew it was an issue as I always woke up feeling like I needed sleep. I bought what felt like a million different pillows and gadgets that only racked up cost but did not help. The feeling of waking up with a heaviness on my neck, head and joints was the new norm. Headaches at its worst. I invested in this pillow and the buck stops here. It’s been 3 weeks and it is a true game changer. I have never had that headache nor the heaviness since. I feel rested. I am a side sleeper, and this is great!
