This was the worst shipment of anything I’ve bought online. The casing of this pillow was correct but the actual pillow was wrong… the casing was stuffed with a contour pillow, which didn’t even come close to fitting the casing. Huge mistake… Makes you wonder what’s going on with the shipping and quality control at Macy’s. I will think long before ordering from Macy’s again.

It’s an okay pillow but doesn’t feel that comfortable with out another pillow to back it up
Most comfortable and cooling sleep ever!
I love this pillow! It keeps it shape and stays cool through the night. I have chronic neck, pain issues, and this pillow has been such a relief. I will need to order another one because my daughter keeps stealing it from me!

Nice pillow
This pillow texture is very comfortable and soft. I don’t have a king size pillow case handy so I used two regular size pillow case to cover the pillow and slept on it to provide my review. I felt the pillow is a bit too high therefore not comfortable to sleep on. I love the firmness of this pillow.
The best pillow
This pillow is perfect for me. When I initially saw it, I was like man this is big and it felt heavy. However, once I put my head on it, I was instantly pleased. My neck melted perfectly into the crevice of the pillow. I slept so well, I didn’t even want to move the next morning. The perfect pillow.

Love this pillow
This pillow is great, it’s very comfortable, and has great neck support! I love the memory foam which feels like personalized support! The pillow matches greatly with my bed and fits well with my pillow covers! I would definitely recommend this memory foam pillow!

I needed a firm pillow, but this ended up being too hard. I hope it will soften with time, but for now I really can't use it.
