If I could give this review a 0 I would. I ordered two new pillows and received one new and one was a return pillow in open box. One pillow may have been a different year model as they did not look the same on pillow pattern and overall sizes were different when measured. The return pillow had filth on it from either being used or stuck in back of warehouse somewhere collecting dirt. Very disappointed in shopping with Macy’s online and will never shop online or at a brick and mortar store in future after this experience. Online agents were not very good in dealing with the problem and took over 30 minutes with each agent to get bot pillows returned. Originally attempted to get replacement and was told no more in stock by online agent. I am still waiting for my refund in full after 7 days of Macy’s having the pillows back. I should have spent my money on Black Friday sale at a more reliable store that provides better customer service.

I’m sure someone would like it but too hard for my neck and supposed to be for neck issues

This was the worst shipment of anything I’ve bought online. The casing of this pillow was correct but the actual pillow was wrong… the casing was stuffed with a contour pillow, which didn’t even come close to fitting the casing. Huge mistake… Makes you wonder what’s going on with the shipping and quality control at Macy’s. I will think long before ordering from Macy’s again.

It’s an okay pillow but doesn’t feel that comfortable with out another pillow to back it up
Most comfortable and cooling sleep ever!
I love this pillow! It keeps it shape and stays cool through the night. I have chronic neck, pain issues, and this pillow has been such a relief. I will need to order another one because my daughter keeps stealing it from me!

Nice pillow
This pillow texture is very comfortable and soft. I don’t have a king size pillow case handy so I used two regular size pillow case to cover the pillow and slept on it to provide my review. I felt the pillow is a bit too high therefore not comfortable to sleep on. I love the firmness of this pillow.
