Mattress has gone bad in one year

Ours is Clark’s hill extra firm elite. We bought it one year ago and we are healthy NOT overweight adults and the mattress is literally caving. Very disappointing

Love it

Purchased two months ago and it is great. Not the “sleeping on a padded box” feel of an Italian mattress but very firm compared to all US mattresses and huge savings. No gross memory foam slinking feeling. If you, like me, are an aging stomach sleeper with low back pain, this might be just the ticket.
