Clasp broken upon arrival

Received my order and tried them on but one of the clasps didn’t close on the earring. How does something like that get shipped? ZERO quality control at Macy’s.

Beautiful but defective

Unfortunately, these earrings have posts that are way to thick to go in a typical ear hole. Couldn't even wear them so I sent them back.

Diamond Hoop earrings

These earrings have a short arm to place through your ear lobe and cannot be worn. They should not be sold without advising customers. They need to be returned, but will not take them.
