Chay was amazing, long term patient with me because that's what it took. I know how to do a smart TCL tv reset now. I am incredibly impressed with her and her assistance!

The TV initially would not allow me to log into my Google account but Patricia was able to assist me in troubleshooting my new TCL TV. I am please with the picture and functionality so far!
