DO NOT BUY!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. The item arrived damaged and I immediately contacted them via contact vendor option on Macy's.com. The vednor failed to respond to me directly, but advised Macy's they did try to reach me. I verified my e-mail and phone number will Macy's and still have not heard from them. I escalated to Macy's manager, but because it is a third party I was shuffled from person to person. I have spent hours on trying to resolve this with no one taking responsiblity for delivering a bench with ripped fabric becuse it was poorly packaged. I WILL NEVER BUY FURNITURE from Macys or this vendor again. My next step is writing a letter to the AG because I feel like this was fraud- no accountability.
