Bad delivery

Happy with the pants As I submitted earlier the delivery was not delivered to my house but to a neighbor several blocks away

Perfect for casual/dress!!

I love these pants. They give a classic, traditional look, are virtually wrinkle-free, and are light weight. However, I do wish they were available in a lighter khaki color.

Poor service

I order a pair of grey pants, I received email order confirmation that the order was for Khaki. I phone to notify them of their error. They said that since the order an hour ago, there was nothing they could do to help me. If it had been less that a half an hour apparently they could make the correction. They could not correct the order or cancel it even thought it had not yet been packaged or sent. I would have to accept their error and then take my time to return it to them. The supervisor kept saying "Is there anything else I can assist you with". That must be a "canned" scripted response as I kept telling him "you have not been of assistance". They said: "Timothy, please try to understand." I told then that I am the customer, and it is not my responsibility to accommodate or understand there error. It is their job to correct the error and "satisfy the customer". What a joke.

Can't get the "folds" out of the pants.

impossible to get the "folds" out of the pants, it's like they are permenantly creased in multiple spots.

Great Pants except for the button inside the pants

Great fitting pants but the button inside the pants is too small for the hole and it keeps slipping out of the hole
