Poor Quality

Washed the expensive pillow protectors and they are Puckered and wrinkled pulling at the zipper opening. Stiff. Poor quality! Very disappointed. Wish they could be returned for polyester.

Very bad product

I couldn’t return them fast enough. They smelled bad. After washing i tried to put them on and the zippers are too tight. Maddening!

For the money, not worth it.

Not well made. The zipper had many loose threads that caught in the zipper when closing it up. This is the better of two choices. Look for another brand

Poor quality

The quality of the standard/queen pillow protectors were very poor . Comparing the king protectors which were perfect and great material. Apparently from the same company. The Serta label was on the king protectors and not on the standard.
