Poor Quality

Washed the expensive pillow protectors and they are Puckered and wrinkled pulling at the zipper opening. Stiff. Poor quality! Very disappointed. Wish they could be returned for polyester.

I couldn’t return them fast enough. They smelled bad. After washing i tried to put them on and the zippers are too tight. Maddening!

Not well made. The zipper had many loose threads that caught in the zipper when closing it up. This is the better of two choices. Look for another brand

Poor quality

The quality of the standard/queen pillow protectors were very poor . Comparing the king protectors which were perfect and great material. Apparently from the same company. The Serta label was on the king protectors and not on the standard.

Too bad

I have purchased this exact pillow protector for years and I own several sets at any given time. And yes, Sealy rep, I do wash them according to instructions. They ALL end up with major zipper problems. They get stuck and are virtually impossible to zip closed. I also have experienced not being able to open the protectors as well. I buy them because I am a fan of the materials being used. It is a nice grade of cotton (not overly thin) and is very strong. But the zippers, c'mon Sealy start listening. We are all waiting for an improvement.
