Such a disppointment

I cannot believe that I can no longer wear this ring. As this is my 3rd LeVian purchase, I never expected this to happen. I received this in the mail July 31st and have worn it less than a month. While sitting at the computer today, I looked down at my hands and was shocked to see that the amethyst was gone! Also, one of the prongs broke off.

Love it! But

I got my ring as an engagement ring in 2022. I have the Deep Sea Topaz with rose gold band. I have to send it in now going on 5 times for the small diamonds falling out. I just got my ring and a diamond has already fallen out. I'm not sure why my ring seems to be such a lemon compared to everyone else's reviews. I love my ring and would still recommend it, but I would like to stop having to send off.
