Very disappointed

I got this piece for my wife for Christmas and if you look at my pictures you will see that this has faded and looks horrible there is no reason this should look like this especially for someone who does not wear it that often. I'm very disappointed because Macy's is my go to especially during the holidays and I know they are not going to take it back or exchange it because of their policy. Shame on you Macy's!

questionable quality

the bracelet arrived, it has a bold color ( not sure I like) it also has a clasp that will not snap closed. Not the best quality for Macy's.
