Not Good!

This mattress sagged in the middle after barely a few months use. we tried different Bunky boards, a new box spring to no avail. This mattress is completely useless at this point. I am shocked that a namebrand such as Serta would even sell such an inferior product! I am even more disappointed in Macys after having been a loyal and long time customer. Not only did I throw away my hard earned money but my son now has to deal with chronic back pain.
