After 6 months the mattress created a hole around the middle now I have to throw it out and buy me a new one I will not recommend this product.

Disappointed!
We’ve had this mattress for a year now. The comfort was decent the first couple of months. It now sinks towards the middle and it is very uncomfortable.

Not good quality
I bought this Matress for my grandsons 13th birthday last May 1, 2025 n delivered on May 8, 2025. At Christmas 2025 we visited and while in his room I laid on his bed and notice a hole in middle of bed and asked him what happened to Matress to which he replied “I don’t know, it s where I sleep” to which I replied, yes but that shouldn’t have happened if we just bought in May, I asked how long that had happened to which he replied idk- a couple months ago. Needless to say I called Customer support and scheduled for inspection Feb 11, 2025. I will update my review asa they’re done w inspection of Matress. I’m surprised to read two other reviews had same experience as we’re experiencing. Right now I would be suspicious of any Serta Matress sold by Macys. Smh
