Pleasantly surprised
Fits surprisingly well for off the rack jacket. Good quality fabric (not all wool, but good enough). I will purchase another one in a different color.

Poor Customer Service, Missing Item from package
This item never arrived in the package (was missing). I reached out to Macy’s customer service 3 times, each time I was told a claim was filed and I would be refunded in 48 hours. Each call to Macy’s customer service requires 30-45 minutes and you have to get through multiple AI bots to reach a human. No refund, no reply emails. Ironic that I am being asked to review a purchase I never received and Macy’s never resolved. Poor customer service.

Bought this Tommy Hilfiger suit 2 weeks ago and loving it, great feel and look. I sized up on the pant given the wool material which was the right call

Needs pants for such a nice coat
Beautiful jacket but unfortunately it doesn’t come with pants when I placed the order I thought it came with pants but it doesn’t come with them and I wanted to keep the coat and looked for the pants and called customer service and they told me that it didn’t have pants only the coat so needing a complete suit I’ll have to return the coat.

Good jacket
Looks good; good price. I bought it on sale. One button came off the first time I tried it on; that's the only reason I took one star off. However, this stuff happens even with tailor-made suits, and it's an easy fix. I recommend it. I got a size L, long, and it fit well for a 205 lbs. 6' tall.

Athletic tailoring
This is a true tailored or modern fit suit jacket. I have an athletic build and wear a 44r with a 34 inch waist. This jacket fit perfect without having to take in the waist. I bought 4 jackets before this one, all too loose in the waist area.
