Vest Great! Sales Associate even BETTER!

Loved the TH vest so much I got 3 colors. Originally bought On-Line and was misguided by the sizing chart provided and got all XL. Went to Macy's NYC to swap for larges once I tried on and met Katherine. What a delight! She was friendly, accommodating, NOT Dismissive and became amazing when she went to the basement to source the last one in large as nothing on the shelf. No hassle about the exchange and top notch cust serv all around. The next time I want fine menswear, I will visit her on the 6th floor. Thank you Katherine!!
