macys ruined my proposal couldnt escalate

I went to macys to see if I can get an engagement ring shipped to the store so my pregnant girlfriend didnt find out. They told me I couldnt get the ring shipped to the store so I used a familys members adress. After filling it out and seeing the adress was correct the girl at the store put the billing adress as the shipping after I told her it was not. Did not notice until a few days later. Could not change it or cancel. Then they would not talk to me because I used a family members name and adress. Could not escalate. Then after it did not arrive I called they canceled and had to wait for the money. Got the money back and called to order another. This time the billing adress was correct but they never fully cancled the first one and I got charged for the new one then a few days later charged again for the first one which made my account negative. My girlfriend was 36 weeks pregnant and I booked a little vacation to propose there. After not receiving the first ring we did not go so I cancled it. Then went to plan it again and since I got double charged my account was negative thousands of dollars and couldnt even afford thevacation since I had rent and other bills due around that time. I tried through multiple channels to file a complaint through macys but to no avail even after receiving cpnfirmation email that they received my complaint. Can't describe the stress and frustration this has caused. I will still be trying to email whoever I can from Macy's to get this to them. I am still extremly upset especially after being a loyal customer and trusting them throughout the years spending thousands of dollars with macys

14K RL

I bought this ring and I love it but I thought it's 14K real gold but it labeled as 14k RL on the ring which now I am confused about. Does this mean this ring has "rolled gold" (RL) instead of 14K real gold?

This ring is absolutely stunning. The quality of the diamond is exceptional, the cut is flawless, and the sparkle is unreal. You can truly see the attention to detail and craftsmanship. I couldn’t be happier, I’m completely obsessed.

The ring is beautiful! It did take longer than it states though. Mine took two weeks to come in. Wish I could upload a photo!

Beautiful ring! Amazing value!

Beautiful ring! The stone is clear and I love the white gold prongs on the diamond. Makes a big difference. The sale price was amazing for the great quality of this ring!

Beautiful ring - I receive compliments all the time. Macy’s corrected the first shipping issue - and got the second ring at no cost delivered sooner after the first ring got lost at UPS facility.

Does not look like the picture

Picture was deceiving. The ring is a lot smaller than the picture both the gold and the diamond. The diamond I received was more round than oval. Honestly I could not tell it was even oval it looked round which is exactly what we were not looking for. It also took way longer to receive than the website said. I was beginning to believe there was something wrong with the order but then I received it only to be further dissatisfied.

WHERE IS MY RING?

Purchased online at the store for custom size on 4/30 and haven't received it. Stuck or lost at UPS. Today is 5/21 and very disappointed. I also purchased a useless worry no more protection program for a ring I don't have!!!
