Order in limbo for 3 weeks

Shame on you Macys for advertising a 3 to 6 days delivery for this ring. I placed the order on Nov 16 2024 and the order has been “processing” for 3 weeks now. I’ve called customer service several times and keep getting the runaround. Your customer service department is awful.
