Delivered damaged

My nightstand was delivered damaged. Macys solution was send someone out for inspection and they would decide if it needed to be replaced, which also meant staying home for another appt. Or keeping it. Disappointed in Macys delivery, customer service for a brand new product. Called customer service within 15 minutes of delivery people leaving. This should have NEVER been delivered this way. I would not recommended buying furniture from Macys
