SUPER COMFORTABLE SOFA BED!
This couch is nice and firm and very comfortable. The mattress is amazing for a sleeper sofa. It has a full size mattress that is almost like sleeping in a regular bed. Every guest that has slept on this commented on how great the mattress felt and how comfortable it was. We highly recommend this sleeper sofa!!!
Giorgio 83 Queen Fabric Sleeper Sofa
Purchased the Giorgio 83 Queen in Beige in the Macys 34th street store after shopping over a year for a bed to be used in our full-time tiny home. We considered American Leather and a murphy bed however we found the Serta mattress to be the most comfortable to sleep in as this would be used every day. Our sales person, Jaafar Chafki was amazing. Welcoming, knowledgeable and patient. He is a 5 STAR sales person.

Giorgio 83" Queen Fabric Sleeper Sofa, created for Macy's - After looking everywhere at murphy beds and other studio sleeping options, we purchased the Giorgio 83-inch Great buy - only wished it were a King and that it came in leather. Also, ordered the couch at the 34th street Manhattan store. The gentleman who helped us was awesome. Very knowledgeable and kind . The delivery was easy and fit thru our door without issue just as the salesperson advised us.
Amazing Sleeper Sofa!
Could not be happier with this purchase. The bed is extremely comfortable, have had multiple guests sleep on it with no complaints about lumps or feeling the bars. The mattress is super thick and feels like a real bed. The best part is the unfolding and folding - you just pull the tab from the back and unroll it. No removing cushions. It was very important to us for the bed to be comfortable since it gets used often, and it does not disappoint!

Ingenious Italian design & Quality
I am absolutely wowed by the quality & brilliant design of this gorgeous piece of art. The couch has a tight seat & back where the cushions are built into the couch so won’t slip or slide and just presents itself well. One would never know this sleek modern beauty was a sleeper couch but when you pull the tab centered unseen, down come the cushions that stay in place and out comes the strongest brace I’ve seen topped by an eight inch Sterns and Foster mattress. It’s a work of art and ingenuity and I am genuinely impressed with the comfort. The sheen in the material is gorgeous in the ivory choice. Only downside was lack of color choice. Thank you Macy’s. This couch is innovative and beautifully made. Leave it to the Italians.

Terrible service
Having purchased many things from Macy’s over the years this will be our last. We purchased this with the “White Glove” delivery and received absolutely terrible service in many aspects so much so I can’t even fit it all here. For example the delivery people clearly had no idea what they were doing. The weight of the couch necessitated that three people would deliver it, but they only had two. As a result, I had to help resulting in injury to my back. Once we got the couch up to the condo, the delivery people were so inept that they broke one of the legs. Since that time, the Customer Service has been absolutely awful in communication. We set up a time to have the replacement couch delivered, and the day before when I called just to make sure they were still coming, found out that without telling us somehow the appointment was canceled. Now we have another delay at getting the replacement couch and have no faith that they will have qualified people deliver it. I do not recommend Macy’s
