Do not buy! Horrible warranty
This was my second mattress from them. The first mattress lasted 15 years! So obviously I decided to go with them again. I have owned this mattress for 6 years and the mattress has started to sink and started causing horrible back pain. I figured hey it’s only 6 years it should be covered. Go thru the warranty process which took 8 days for a response just to let me know that the indent is not large enough to be covered but we know you are in soon so here’s a 40% off coupon to buy a new one… who on this planet would spend that kind of money on a new mattress with obviously the quality has gone down since they first came out. The indent was less than what’s required for warranty but how can I sleep on it while I’m in constant pain. And it’s only 6 years old so if o could continue to sleep on it, it is just going to get worse. This company doesn’t stand by their product. So go ahead and buy one and have it for 6 years at 6000 a pop I don’t think so.

Never Softened After More Than a Year
We purchased the Tempur-LuxeBreeze Soft in July 2025 after being told it would soften over time. We gave it every chance, but after more than a year, it is still much too firm for us. In December, we even purchased the official Tempur-Pedic topper hoping it would improve the comfort, but unfortunately it made very little difference. My husband and I continue to wake up with body aches and pain almost every morning. Instead of feeling rested, we often wake up stiff and sore. Considering the price of this mattress, we expected exceptional comfort and pressure relief. The cooling feature works well, but comfort is far more important, and this mattress has been one of the most disappointing purchases we’ve made. We understand that comfort is subjective, but if you’re looking for a truly soft mattress, I strongly recommend trying it for an extended period before making this investment. Based on our experience, it never softened the way we were told it would, and we regret spending so much money on it.

Great Bed
Had a tempurpedic for 12 years, then went to Purple when it was time to replace. Big mistake. After 3 years I was fed up and went back to TempurPedic. I’ll never go back.

Great Night Sleep
This is our second tempur-pedic mattress. First one was great and gave us a great night sleep night after night for 7 years. The mattress was still good but we wanted to update to the breeze. This is by far the best mattress we have ever slept on.

No longer cooking in my bedroom
In order to fall asleep I used to run through tried and true recipes in my head instead of counting sheep. Can't tell you how many times I cooked a full Thanksgiving meal in my head waiting to fall asleep. This no longer seems to be necessary in our new bed. And honestly - where has this kind of sleep technology been all my life! Cooling technology, head raises, feet raises, vibration for my tired legs and even a frequency to help with migraines?!?!? I spend a few minutes figuring out what elevation I want and bam, I'm asleep - sometimes with the remote still in my hand! This is a true sleep system, not just another mattress. So thrilled.
