ARRIVED Already Broken! Disappointed!

The leaver back already broken off in the box. Would Return if it wasn't so far to drive. Not worth the cost of the return postage. Don't buy.

The earrings I received were tarnished. They should have been cleaned before mailing them to my address. That's disrespectful. That's poor customer's service.

Hook issue

Lovely size and suits any occasion formal or casual . Problem is just in a handful size of uses one day I found no back hook I only found out when the earring was barely hanging without back . Asked store associate and they said they cannot do anything ! Now the earring is useless coz I don’t know what to do !!
