Never Received and Macy’s Did Nothing to Help

“I am extremely disappointed. I ordered this item during the Black Friday sale and never received my package. UPS marked it as delivered, but the ‘proof of delivery’ was a random photo of a completely different building — not my address, not my mailbox, and not my package. I contacted Macy’s customer service multiple times, and they refused to help or investigate properly. They kept repeating the same generic response and took no responsibility, even though the proof of delivery clearly did NOT show my package. It’s unacceptable that a company as big as Macy’s provides zero support when an expensive item goes missing. Be very careful ordering anything valuable here — if something gets lost, Macy’s will not help you at all.”

Don’t waste your money!

Yes, it sparkles but looks cheap. I own a white gold diamond tennis bracelet that has substantial weight to it. This bracelet had very little weight to it. It’s not even worth the sale price. I’m returning it for sure!
