Disappointed

I’ve been ordering from Macy’s for a very long time and have always been very pleased with my purchases—until this one. This order took much longer than expected to arrive, and the earrings were shipped in a bubble mailer without a jewelry box. Unfortunately, the back push would not come off the earring, so I wasn’t even able to try it on. I will be returning them. On the positive side, the earring does sparkle beautifully.
