Received wrong item & No Refund - Extremely bad

I had a very frustrating experience with this purchase. I ordered a ring online and paid a significant amount of money, expecting to receive the exact item shown. Instead, I received a completely different product, and even the size was incorrect. I returned the item promptly as instructed, and tracking confirmed that it was delivered and received by the company. However, despite this, I still have not received my refund. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Each time, I am transferred from one representative to another, with no clear answers or resolution. It feels like no one is taking responsibility for the issue. This has been a very stressful and time-consuming process. I paid a lot of money, did not receive the correct item, and now I am still waiting for my refund with no proper support. I would not recommend ordering from here based on my experience.

Beautiful Ring, But Tarnishes Too Quickly

I really loved this ring when I first got it. It’s beautiful and definitely catches attention. But I was disappointed to see how quickly it started to lose its shine. After about two months, the white gold began to fade and take on a yellow tone. By the third month, it no longer looked like white gold at all. It was frustrating because I expected it to last much longer. The diamonds are still secure, which is a plus, but the overall quality didn’t meet my expectations. Thankfully, I got the warranty, so I returned it for servicing. Now I’m waiting about six weeks to get it back and hoping it looks like it did when I first fell in love with it.

What I Envisioned

I tried four different rings on this being my first, I knew in my heart when I saw it this is what I wanted. It is so sparkly and I’ve had so many compliments never knew about lab grown diamonds, and it is truly stunning
