Poor order process and communication
I ordered the sofa and received an email on June 6 telling me it was in and ready to schedule for delivery which I immediately scheduled for a July 1 delivery. sitting here on June 30 and having received no further communication about my delivery tomorrow decided it wise to call and make sure it was truly coming July 1 only to find out that they had oversold this item and that my order had been bumped. I received no communication of any kind to let me know this and already sold my old couch and now my new one won’t arrive until sometime in August. very very frustrated. I sure hope the sofa will be worth the wait and the frustration. They did give me a $125 credit for my trouble, but I really wanted my couch as promised. So my advice is you better check double check and triple check throughout the wait process to be the delivery you scheduled is really gonna happen.

I absolutely love our new sofa and loveseat combo! The purchase process was easy, as a research, researched it online prior to going to the store, and deliver and set up was very professional and smooth.
Great if you are tall
Love it so far. It has an extended foot rest, so more comfortable if you are tall. Feet won’t dangle. Nice quality leather.

The sofa is great! It has so many great features . The color was a little darker than I expected but ended up loving it! Looks great in our family room and we always get lots of compliments .
Great Reclining Leather Sofa
I shopped extensively for a new leather sofa set to replace our well-loved leather sofa set. We selected the Varsani set (sofa and loveseat) and couldn't be happier. It looks great in our living room and we get a lot of compliments. I originally wanted a darker brown color leather but the chestnut color is beautiful and gives the room a more modern feel. The sofa is very comfortable. We love the electric reclining feature. Giving a 4-star rating as we've only owned the sofa for a few months and have yet to see how it will wear.
Solid quality
I needed zero gravity after breaking my back a year ago. I wanted leather but most leathers i see aren't the quality of the past - thickness is minimal or mixed material, or sold as leather but is fake with terms as "faux leather", pleather, or other gimmick. Commissioned salesmen don't always clarify, even when you ask direct questions, which is so irritating! I found this sofa online, but it wasn't at the nearest store. I ordered a leather sample they offered and to my surprise, it was thick quality beautiful soft leather that smelled as real leather immediately! I scratched it, wiped it with food & did my own tests -still beatiful afterwards! I went across town to try it out & LOVED it. Ordered, delivered, & 4 months later, very happy! Feels very sturdy, strong and good quality. Dense cushions will soften a little upon breakin; perfect with zero gravity on my back. I ordered through MD who was at different location because he answered questions honestly, unlike other store. Thk yo
Not comfortable after 5 months of use
I felt it was really comfortable when I tried it in store and was really excited for this purchase. Initially after it arrived at home, it felt I am sinking in. I thought it will get more comfortable after it breaks in. But no, even after 5 months of use, it feels I am sinking abd causes a lot of pressure on spine.
