Does not fully recline
This has to be THE most uncomfortable recliner I've ever sat in. It's main problem is that it doesn't fully recliner, but only has a 3/4's reclining position. With the stiff lumbar cushion, it tips my tail bone into a position that is extremely painful. If the chair actually reclined to almost horizontal like every other power recliner I've owned did, then the comfort level would improve considerably. I did like that you could fully manipulate the back cushion and not just the head rest. Unfortunately, that doesn't begin to make up for it's major design flaw. I returned the recliner the next day.
Sooo Comfortable!
We bought two of these recliners...one for each of us. They are so comfortable and easy to use. You won't regret getting one.
Unpleasant smell
I really like the chair but it has a very unpleasant smell. I have to wait seven days before you do anything about it. It’s been seven days and the smell is no better. I’m afraid if you replace it it still will have an odor. I’m so upset over this .
Macy's does furniture Right.
Great product at a fair price. Easy to order and white-glove delivery!
Fabric and color are just perfect.
Very comfortable!
Mixed opinion would not buy again
I was excited to get our chair but after having it for a little over a week I wish I had picked something else. The chair feels very comfortable at first, but the longer I sit in it I find my feet falling asleep. I am about 5’5” and my husband is about 5’9”. It is normal for your feet to hang off the end of the foot rest, but this chair’s foot rest has a slight downward curve which puts pressure on your lower calf resulting in your feet falling asleep. The other issue is that the head rest ended up being too short for my husband. Wish the height of the seat back was taller. Would not recommend this chair for taller individuals.
