Not much sparkle

I purchased another cross a week earlier and was very pleased when it was delivered. It was a different design with just enough sparkle and the perfect length, it is lovely. I purchased this one for my daughters birthday and I am completely disappointed. No sparkle at all, actually it looks dirty and old. Really liked the style, but so disappointed with the quality.
