Stones fell out and Macys will not repair

Poorly made product. After only a few wears (less than 4 months of owning the ring), two of the stones fell out. I did not wash my hands with the ring on, and it was just worn out to dinner. Nothing wild, no “hard” wearing. I called for a repair, and customer service refused to repair it. Also would not replace. Incredibly disappointing, waste of hard-earned money. Beware, buyers!
