This is a high quality, beautifully-made, solid and comfortable chair! The gray is more of a sage gray then a steel gray - just in case you're planning to match it to something else. Very happy with purchase.

Beautifully made leather chair. Very solid and comfortable. Sale price was good. Very contemporary in style and feel. Not clumsy like most leather chairs. Love the gray color. Delivery was outstanding!

Great chair for the price
We had been looking for a chair in the carmel color for over a year that would fit our specific area and when we saw this one on sale during Macy's Black Friday sale, we decided to order it and see if would work. We received it about two weeks later and are overall happy with it. The color is great and the size is perfect. It looks great with our Radley sectional. Our only issue is that the stitching is a bit crooked and the leather on one of the arms is a bit bunched/wrinkled looking while the leather on the rest of the chair is smooth. Maybe I'm nitpicking. I think I'd be more upset about these issues had we paid full price for the chair.
Not an easy purchase. Not satisfied.
Ordered chair online. Initially I was charged twice so had to call. Took 30 min. to get through. Received chair but it was defective. The seat cushion is attached and it was installed crooked hanging over the frame. After calling they agreed to exchange with inspection. New one finally came in June. Seat cushion still hangs out a little but not crooked and as noticeable as before. I can live with it. Chair is firm & supportive. Because the seat cushion is attached cleaning may be a bit challenging between the arms and cushion but doable. I was also promised 20.00 in star money for the purchase and had to call four times to get it and my rewards don’t reflect the purchase towards the next tier. I called multiple times about it and they said just because it doesn’t show online I have the credit. Over all I spent 8+hours dealing with the problems I encountered. I had to get pushy. Customer service is lacking and communication was not easy. Whole experience was very difficult.
