This topper comes vacuum sealed and after two days just sitting on top of a bed "opening up" per the instructions, it is maybe 1 1/2 inches thick. Sadly this topper is nowhere near 4" inches thick like it's supposed to be and looks nothing like the picture on Macy's website.

Only went up 2inches but I ordered the 4 inch. But it seems to be comfortable.

It’s okay, does what it says. Nothing spectacular. Note: I’m not the biggest fan of memory foam in the first place. But I can say that there’s nothing wrong with it.

other than airing out the foam smell the topper is very nice. Exactly how I expected to be. I appreciate sale associate Mina for helping me find and order the mattress topper.

I got this item vacuumed sealed and let it lay flat for 24 hours. I received 2 items: the 2” tan memory foam and the mattress cover. I’m not sure why they advertise it as 4” thick total, because it’s not. where is the 2” fiber fill at? Because that mattress cover is dull and lifeless like a sheet-It has no filling in it. I was not impressed by the quality and will be returning.

It was disappointing to discover that the topper was not as described. It was described as two layers, each 2 inches thick. The memory foam was 2 inches thick, but the other layer was a traditional mattress pad, at most a half inch thick. I returned this item.

Added plushness to a mattress that was too firm
This is a really high quality mattress topper. The topper pad has attractive stitching and is very plush. The cover is of similar quality and has ver deep pockets to fit over both the topper and your existing mattress. Together these add almost four inches to the mattress. The set is soft and added a wonderful layer of softness to my mattress which was just a bit too firm. This set took care of that problem and provides a great night’s sleep. Changed my night to feeling like I was sleeping on a cloud from a restless, hard situation.
