Unbelievable experience! PLEASE READ!

I felt compelled to share my experience so others will be aware...I bought this matching sofa and love seat from the Homelegance brand. I purchased the "White Coat" Service as well. When the sofa came, the two guys assembled and brought it in and placed it where I wanted it. NOT THE SAME FOR THE LOVESEAT. It did not come at the same time, it came about 3-4 weeks later. When it did come, two guys brought the box into my house and left, No set up, so nothing. I called Macy's furniture store and told them the issue I experienced and they told me someone would be there to set up the love seat. I am still waiting. They did give me a 5% refund but the trouble and inconvenience of this experience took its toll. I will try to set up my love seat and I WILL NEVER SHOP AT MACY'S AGAIN. I had been a customer for many years but no more, closing my account out today. Don't let this happen to you!
