Unsatisfied

IThe headache of the long process of waiting and on top of that upon receiving one piece of diamond was missing, What a great experienced . So , I end up returning it. I hope they check first the item for any damages especially with this kind of order .

I ordered on 10/2 it’s 10/17 and still shows the ring processing. When I called Macys they said they didn’t have my size anymore which if they didn’t have my size why take my order. When I ordered they had my size so I don’t know what’s going on.

Stunning!

This ring looks even better in person than in the images online. It gives great finger coverage and sparkles like no other. It is definitely an eye-catcher. I ordered it on June 3rd and was given an expected ship date of June 17th and expected receipt date of June 24th due to the sizing. (For reference, I am a size five.) The ring actually shipped out on the 16th, and I received it on the 19th, so that was sooner than expected. My only complaint is that the listing states that it comes with an IGI report. Mine did not. It also did not have a QR code attached. When I contacted customer service, I was told that I’d have to take it to the store and get someone to look at it with a loupe to view the engraved number on the stone and enter that into the IGI website. I feel like that should not be necessary since the report was supposed to come with the ring at the time of purchase. Also, the closest Macy’s is over an hour away from my home.
