If I can put. I star I would do that. I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied and don’t recommend anyone to buy it. I bought this mattress for my mom Dec 2025 and the mattress already sank. I called the customer service asking for a return and they mentioned that they deduct 15% from the price plus shipping fee. I requested an inspection for it. He came and the result was no manufacture defect.

Beautyrest Beauty Sleep Dream Weaver 11.5 Firm Mat
We have only had this mattress since November 2025. Its already sagging on 1 side. We have it on the correct platform base. It feels like the coils have separated. I have filed a warranty claim, but its hard to see the issue on pictures. Very disappointed.
