Beautifully made, wonderful to cook with pot set

Beautifully made pot set we purchased and use with our induction stove top, although they are good for any type of stove. Curled out lip makes pouring easier. Love that they made the rivets flush to the inside of the pan so that you do not have these two bumps where the handle is attached to the pans. The metal blend surface incredibly smooth. They are heavy duty, but not too heavy to handle. Very high quality set. We still keep ceramic non-stick pans for frying things where having a non-stick surface is still better. Otherwise, we use these Hestan pots and pans for all other cooking. The cleaner sold for these pans works incredibly well too. Make sure you get a bottle of the cleaner. I would expect this set to last a lifetime if you take care of them. The only pot I wish they had included was a saucier, which we use very very frequently. We purchased the medium and large saucier separately. Very happy with this purchase!

Not what I expected

bought these because I wanted something better to cook on instead of all those pans that release all these chemicals when heated, but boy was I in for a surprise. Everything sticks, everything burns. Your food literally has to swim in oil or butter to not stick. Then you have to monitor the heat, to high it’ll burn, too low it will not cook. I’ve read the instructions and followed directions over and over. Too late to return now.

Eggs slide out extremely well.

Beautiful pan. I cook my eggs with butter and cover with a glass lid. When the whites are cooked, I remove the lid and the eggs slide easily out of the pan. This is exactly what I was looking for!

I bought these to replace my nonstick cookware because I am trying to get away from toxic chemicals. They are wonderful and I will be purchasing more!
